WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders are processed and shipped 1-2 business days after the order is placed. All orders will be provided with a tracking number via email upon shipment.
HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Orders over $50 (before taxes) ship free. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $7.95
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If your MerMarchè product(s) are not perfect for your skin you may send them back to us within 30 days from delivery for a full refund or Instant Credit (excluding original shipping cost if any). Any discounts applied to the order will be prorated in the refund amount. There will be a $5 fee deducted from the refund to cover the shipping label. Sets or collections must be returned in their entirety.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
We’re sorry you didn’t love your MerMarchè product(s)! To initiate a return for orders placed on mermarche.com, please visit our Returns Center with your order number and zip code. Once your return is authorized, we will email you instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
HOW DO YOU PRONOUNCE MERMARCHÈ AND WHAT DOES IT STAND FOR?
MerMarchè is pronounced "mehr-mar-shé" and stands for "Sea Market" as a nod to our life-giving ocean that we gratefully accept ingredients from and care for in return. Our sunny California location is also one turn away from the sea.

Our products are manufactured in the US from globally sourced ingredients.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE DURING PREGNANCY AND WHILE NURSING?
We aim to create products that are safe for all. However, we reccomend that you consult your doctor's guidance.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN AND CRUELTY FREE?
Yes, our products are and always will be vegan and cruelty-free.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF MERMARCHÉ PRODUCTS
We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place and away from direct sunlight. Due to the natural state of our ingredients, we recommend using a product within 6 months of opening.
WHY DO YOU OFFER SUBSCRIPTIONS
We believe in our products in the way they will nourish your skin especially when used on a consistent basis. The subscription option is designed to give you a benefit for using products consistently while bringing ease to the reordering process.
