Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation via text/e-mail prior to your arrival.
Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for multiple services lasting 2 hours or more. Insufficient notices to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges of $25 per service or up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services.

In the event that you are running late, we have a 15 minute grace period given that you've called and notified the front desk. Otherwise, we will need to reschedule your appointment and a fee will incur.
