Do not come to your service if you are feeling ill or experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms. Illness-related cancellations will be exempt from fees, but please reach out as soon as you need to cancel.
As a courtesy, you will receive a request to confirm your reservation via text/e-mail 72 hours prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule the reservation, an advance notice is required.
24 hour advance notice required for haircuts
48 hour advance notice required for all other services
Insufficient notices to cancel or reschedule the reservation is subject to charges of $25 per service or up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. All cancellations must be communicated directly to the salon receptionist via phone, or voicemail after business hours.
In order to provide a peaceful, pleasant, and safe environment we ask that children and additional guests (with the exception of health care providers, translators, guide dogs, etc.) do not accompany you to your appointment. Failure to adhere to this policy means your service will have to be rescheduled and a fee will incur.
