Cancellations
Any cancellation or changes to your scheduled appointment must be made in advance of the scheduled appointment:
Hair Services:
-24 hour advance notice required for haircuts
-48 hour advance notice required for all other services
Spa Services:
-24 hour advance notice required on 15 min services
-48 hour advance notice required on all other services
If a cancellation is made less than the required time before the scheduled appointment, a $25 per service will be charged to the credit card on file. Your cancellation fee will be processed day of appointment missed.
All cancellations must be communicated directly to the salon receptionist via phone, or voicemail after business hours. Cancellations via email are not accepted.

No-Shows
Insufficient notices to cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to your appointment start time ("no-shows") will be assessed a charge at full value of services to the credit card on file. Late Policy
In the event that you are running late, we have an up-to 15 minute grace period given that you've called and notified the front desk.
Your stylist will be consulted about your arrival time and will do their best to provide your service in the time available. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late, your stylist cannot accommodate your booked service and will need to reschedule. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If your late arrival makes it so that your stylist cannot accommodate your booked service and will need to reschedule, we will issue issue a full service charge. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card on file will be charged for the full service fee.

Children/Guests
In order to provide a peaceful, pleasant, and safe environment we ask that children and additional guests (with the exception of health care providers, translators, guide dogs, etc.) do not accompany you to your appointment. Failure to adhere to this policy means your service will have to be rescheduled and a fee will incur.
These policies and charges compensate our stylist for their time and protect the integrity of their schedule. All charges will be assessed within 24 hours of your original scheduled appointment time. Thank you for you cooperation and understanding!
